Pilotiko is a Quebec web application that shows a service SMB as a virtual office. AI agents prepare the work from your real data and wait for a person's approval for anything that matters. The trial is free for 30 days; your data stays yours.

### What is Pilotiko?

A web application for service SMBs. It shows your business as a virtual office: each department is a room, each employee and AI agent has a desk, and urgent items appear where they happen.

### Who is Pilotiko for?

Owners and teams of service SMBs: home services, construction and renovation, clinics, professional services, logistics, software sales. A template per trade creates the right rooms.

### Do I need to install anything?

No. Pilotiko runs in a browser, on computers and phones.

### Do AI agents act on their own?

No. An agent prepares an action from your data; anything touching a customer, money, a send or a deletion waits for an authorised person's approval, and every run is logged.

### Is my data isolated from other companies?

Yes. Every record carries your company's identifier and the database enforces row-level isolation on every request.

### Does Pilotiko send emails or texts to my customers?

The confirmation and reminder code is ready but being commissioned: nothing is sent until the sending provider is connected. We will say so clearly once it is done.

### Does Pilotiko manage my Google or Facebook ads?

Not yet: it is a “Coming soon” capability. Today Pilotiko helps plan channels but does not run any ads.

### Is Pilotiko available in French?

Yes, French is the default language. The public site and online booking are available in French and English; the application is French-first and its English translation is partial.

### How long is the trial?

30 days. Without a subscription at the end, the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays and nothing is deleted.
