Pilotiko is a Quebec platform for service SMBs: a virtual office showing the whole business, its staff, bookings and urgent items. AI agents prepare the work from your real data, and a person approves anything that touches a customer, money or a send.

## What you see when you open Pilotiko

## What is available today?

We show the real status of every capability. “Available”: you use it from the trial. “Being commissioned”: the code is ready, the sending provider is not connected yet. “Coming soon”: not built yet, and never billed.

## How does it work?

1. **Choose your trade** — A template creates your office rooms: dispatch, workshop, docks, support, management. You adjust.
2. **Invite your team** — Each person receives a single-use invitation, their area and their role.
3. **Assign the work** — To a person or an AI agent. Anything touching a customer, money or a send waits for your approval.
4. **Steer** — Urgent items appear where they happen; one click takes you there.

## What Pilotiko guarantees

| Guarantee | How it is enforced |
|---|---|
| Human approval for risky actions | Enforced by the database, not just the screen |
| Each company isolated from the others | Row-level security in the database, applied to every request |
| Nothing invented | Every figure comes from your data; a capability not built yet is marked “Coming soon” |
| Your data stays yours | No selling, no ads, no trackers; read-only if you stop, nothing deleted |

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Pilotiko?

Pilotiko is a Quebec web application for service SMBs. It shows your business as a virtual office: each department is a room, each employee and AI agent has a desk, and urgent items appear where they happen.

### Which businesses is it for?

Service SMBs: home services and maintenance, construction and renovation, professional services, clinics, logistics, software sales. A template per trade creates the right rooms.

### Do AI agents act on their own?

No. An agent prepares an action from your real data; any action touching a customer, money, a send or a deletion waits for an authorised person's approval, and every run is logged.

### Do I need to install anything?

No. Pilotiko runs in a browser, on computers and phones.

### Is Pilotiko available in English?

The public site and online booking are available in French and English. The application is French-first; its English translation is partial and growing.

### How long is the trial?

30 days, with your whole team. Without a subscription at the end, your workspace becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.
