Pilotiko brings your business together in a virtual office: rooms per department, staff and AI agents, urgent items and key figures. Seven capabilities are available today, including online booking, a hosted website and content drafting. Email confirmations are being commissioned, and seven capabilities are coming soon.

## Which rule applies to every capability?

Just one: an action that touches a customer, money or a send waits for an authorized person's approval. OWASP recommends exactly that for high-impact actions taken by language-model systems [1]. In Pilotiko, the rule lives in the database, not just on screen.

Each business is isolated from the others by the database, and each employee sees only what they need for their work, as Quebec's private-sector privacy act requires (s. 20) [2]. ## Frequently asked questions

### What is Pilotiko in one sentence?

A Quebec-built web app that shows your whole service business in a virtual office, where AI agents prepare the work and people decide.

### What does being commissioned mean?

The code is written and tested, but the real provider (email or text sending) is not connected yet. Nothing is sent until that is done.

### Are coming-soon capabilities included in a plan?

No. They are not offered today and are not part of any plan. Their status only changes with proof: a successful test or trial with the real provider.

### Can AI agents act on their own?

They answer read questions on their own and carry out a few low-risk writes, such as creating a customer record. Booking, sending, paying or refunding always waits for a person.

### Does Pilotiko work in English?

The public site is available in English and French, and online booking shows in the customer's language, English or French. Customer websites are generated in one language at a time.

### How do I try Pilotiko?

Start the trial: your trade template creates the office rooms, then you invite your team and hand over a first task.
