Cookies and Trackers

Version in effect on .

In short

  • Pilotiko sets only essential cookies: keeping you signed in and showing a message after an action.
  • No advertising, profiling or audience-measurement cookies; no third-party scripts (no Google Analytics, no social media pixel).
  • That is why we do not show a consent banner: there is nothing to refuse.

1. Cookies set

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Here is the complete list of cookies set by pilotiko.com and the application. They are all strictly necessary for the service you request; they serve no other purpose and are not read by any third party.

Cookies set by Pilotiko
NameTypePurposeDuration
oqel_sessionEssentialKeep you signed in (random session token; only its hash is stored).End of browser session, or 30 days with "Stay signed in".
oqel_flashEssentialShow a message once after an action (e.g. "Saved").30 seconds.
rdv_langEssentialRemember the language chosen on the public booking page (/rdv), without an account.Six months.
oqel_devlinkEssentialDevelopment environment only: never set in production.10 minutes.

Attributes: HttpOnly (unreadable by scripts), SameSite=Lax (not sent by other sites on requests that change data) and, in production, Secure (HTTPS only).

The pages of this Trust Center and the public website pages set no cookies if you are not signed in.

2. Browser local storage

A few display preferences are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and are not sent to us.

Browser local storage
NamePurposeDuration
pilotiko-themeRemember the light or dark theme you chose.Until you clear it.
oqel-office-viewRemember the office view you chose (scene or list).Until you clear it.
oqel-office-dismissedRemember the office notices you closed.Until you clear it.

3. Third-party trackers

None. Our pages load no script, font or image from another domain. Platform emails (verification, invitation) contain no tracking pixel.

If a customer business ever uses open or click measurement for its own email campaigns, it must inform its recipients; such measurement is never applied to transactional emails.

4. How to manage them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block oqel_session, you will not be able to sign in to the application; the public website remains available. If non-essential trackers were ever added, we would enable them only after your explicit consent, with a way to refuse as simple as accepting, and we would update this page first.
