Pilotiko integrations

Each card says what works, what is being commissioned and what does not exist yet.

Pilotiko handles the core itself: scheduling, a hosted website, reports. Connections to your tools have three statuses: being commissioned (connector written and tested against a test server, not yet verified with a real account), account connection only (no automatic actions) or coming soon. None is presented as available yet.

In short

  • 11 connectors are being commissioned: written and tested, never yet tried with a real account.
  • 5 connections only link your account, with no automatic actions for now.
  • Anything touching a customer, money or a send waits for a person's approval.
  • Tokens and keys are encrypted and never leave the server; you can cut off access in one click.

How do I read an integration's status?

Statuses come from Pilotiko's capability registry, the same source the product shows your team. Being commissioned: the connector is written and tested against a test server; it has not yet been verified with a real account. Account connection only: you can authorize Pilotiko, but no automatic action is wired up. Coming soon: nothing is built.

Pilotiko never lists an integration as available before a successful test with the real provider. For how your data is protected, see the Security page and the subprocessor list.

What is coming soon?

None of the following is built. They get no page until there is something real to describe.

Google Analytics

Website visit measurement: planned, not started.

Shopify

Linking your store: only platform detection exists.

Domain purchase and renewal

No registrar connected: you buy the domain, then link it.

Google Meet transcripts

Planned; Zoom and Teams have code written.

Each employee's personal calendar

The personal-connection framework exists; no calendar is plugged into it.

What does Pilotiko do without any connection?

These features are available and depend on no outside account. Apple iCloud and iCal subscriptions are not connected: customers only get an "Add to my calendar" .ics file.

Pilotiko scheduler

Online booking, real open slots, assignment suggested from calendars and workload.

Website hosted by Pilotiko

Built and served on your domain, with versions and rollback.

DNS and HTTPS check

Read-only: Pilotiko checks your records without managing your DNS.

Internal reports

Bookings, revenue, workload and per-room indicators from your real data.

Frequently asked questions

Why is no integration marked "available"?

Because Pilotiko only says so after a successful test with the real provider. The connectors are tested against test servers built from the public documentation, but no real account has been linked yet.

Can Pilotiko act on my accounts by itself?

No. Anything touching a customer, money or a send waits for a person's approval. Read-only connections, such as Acuity or WordPress, change nothing on the provider's side.

How do I remove an integration's access?

Click Disconnect on the Connections page: Pilotiko erases the tokens and logs the action in the audit trail. Also remove the access in the provider's own settings; each page explains where.

My tool is not on the list. What now?

Write to us from the Contact page and describe your tool and what you want from it. This list only includes connections whose code already exists, so nothing here is imaginary.

Where are my access tokens kept?

On Pilotiko's server, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are never sent to your browser or written to a log.
