Roadmap: what Pilotiko does not do yet
An honest list. Each coming-soon capability is described with what related features already exist and what is missing, with no dates.
Seven Pilotiko capabilities are coming soon: AI receptionist, email marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads, prospecting, route optimisation, demand forecasting and commission billing. None is included in any plan and no date is promised. Appointment confirmations and reminders by email are being commissioned: the code is ready, but nothing is sent yet.
In short
- Coming soon: 7 capabilities, no dates announced, none included in a plan.
- Being commissioned: confirmations and reminders; the code is ready, nothing is sent yet.
- Also ahead: IndexNow, Google Analytics, automatic publishing beyond LinkedIn, calendar sync for bookings.
- Rule: a status only moves to available with proof, a test or trial with the real provider.
How does Pilotiko decide a capability is available?
With proof. A capability is available when it is built and tested; being commissioned when the code is written but the real provider is not connected; coming soon when it does not exist yet or has never been verified.
The status shown on each product page comes from a single file kept in step with the code. Moving to available requires a successful test or trial with the real provider; code tested only against a fake server is not enough. That is why the AI receptionist stays coming soon even though its code exists.
What is coming soon, and what already exists?
Each capability has its own explainer page: AI receptionist, email marketing, advertising and prospecting. Routes, forecasting and commission have no page yet because there is no code to describe.
| Capability | What already exists | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| AI receptionist (voice, text) | Conversation, booking and transfer run in simulation | A verified live number; French transcription; website chat |
| Email marketing | Sends refused without consent, immediate unsubscribe, suppressions | Real sending; editor; lists; sequences; consent register |
| Google Ads and Meta Ads | Marketing plan, approved campaigns, logged spend, cost per customer | Ad account connection; creating and serving ads |
| Prospecting (AI SDR) | Sorted inbound requests, leads to call back | The whole outbound engine |
| Route optimisation | Assignment suggested from skills and workload; open slots | Geolocation, travel time, route planning |
| Service demand forecasting | Product inventory forecasting (trend, seasonality from 13 months of history) | Forecasting bookings and traffic |
| Commission billing | Plans only | The whole performance-based model |
What is being commissioned?
Appointment confirmations and reminders: the confirmation, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders are prepared and queued, but marked simulated until the sending provider is connected. Automatic LinkedIn publishing in content drafting is in the same position: tested against a fake server, never with a real account.
Which pieces are missing from available capabilities?
- IndexNow for hosted sites. The protocol notifies engines such as Bing that a page has changed [1].
- Google Analytics. Setup involves a property, a data stream and the Google tag [2]; Pilotiko does not connect it yet and shows not connected.
- Calendar sync for bookings. Reading busy times from a Google calendar is done with a freeBusy query [3]; the hook exists in the code but is not switched on.
- Automatic publishing to Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile: manual today, with confirmation.
- Report export to CSV and domain purchase through Pilotiko.
- STOP handling and quiet hours for texts, to be built before any real sending.
How can you follow progress?
This page and the status badge on each product page change together with the capability file. Nothing is announced before it exists. To see what works today, start with the product overview, the virtual office and AI agents.
Frequently asked questions
When will the AI receptionist be available?
No date is promised. It will move to available only after a successful trial with a real phone number.
Are coming-soon capabilities included in my plan?
No. They are not part of any plan today. If they get built, their terms will be published at that point.
Can I influence the order of the work?
You can tell us what you are missing by booking a demo or writing to us. Pilotiko does not promise an order or a date.
Why show what Pilotiko does not do?
So you can choose with full information. A capability presented as existing has to really exist, with proof.
What does being commissioned mean?
The code is written and tested, but the real provider is not connected yet. Nothing is sent until that is done and verified.
