Content drafting and editorial calendar
A master text built from your facts, one version per channel within its limits, and human approval before anything is published.
Content drafting is available in Pilotiko. It writes a text from the known facts about your business, adapts it to 7 channels and suggests a publishing calendar. You approve every version. Automatic LinkedIn publishing is being commissioned; other channels are published by copy and paste, then confirmed.
In short
- Status: available for drafting, approval and the calendar.
- A number missing from your data blocks publishing: Pilotiko invents no prices or statistics.
- 7 channels: website page, blog article, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email.
- Automatic publishing: LinkedIn only, being commissioned, text only on a personal profile.
How does Pilotiko draft a post?
It builds a master text only from what it knows about your business (name, city, phone, services, description, prices), using a topic and angle you choose, then adapts it for each channel.
Topics can be a service, a product, an introduction to the business or a custom subject. Angles are introduction, question and tip. If a language model is configured, it may rephrase the text, but its version is rejected if it adds a number, a link, an email address or a word banned by your brand rules.
Each version is validated before submission. Text that is too long, an overlong title or subject line, too many hashtags, a banned word, a missing required phrase, no call to action or an unverified number blocks approval; an unproven superlative triggers a warning. Google reminds publishers to check AI-assisted content for accuracy and warns against generating many pages that add no value [1].
| Channel | Character limit | Publishing |
|---|---|---|
| Website page | 3,000 | Manual: copy, then confirm |
| Blog article (SEO) | 6,000 | Manual |
| Google Business Profile | 1,500 | Manual |
| 2,200, up to 30 hashtags | Manual; image required | |
| 5,000, up to 10 hashtags | Manual | |
| 3,000, up to 5 hashtags | Automatic, being commissioned | |
| 4,000 | Manual: you send, then confirm |
How is approval enforced?
Any edit sends the channel back to draft. Revising the master text creates a new version and resets every adaptation to draft, with history kept. Published content can no longer be changed. A channel that needs an image or video will not publish without media whose rights are valid. Every step goes into the audit log, and each business's content is isolated by the database.
- 1
Draft
Pilotiko prepares the master text and one adaptation per channel, with the list of facts used.
- 2
Submit
You or a manager submit the content for review.
- 3
Approve
A person approves channel by channel; this is refused while any validation error remains.
- 4
Publish
Only an approved channel can be published. For a manual channel, you paste the text on the platform, then confirm with the post's address.
How does the editorial calendar work?
The calendar suggests; it neither publishes nor creates anything on its own. It spreads your topics over the coming days using a cadence per channel and fixed time slots: LinkedIn Tuesday to Thursday at 9:30 a.m., Facebook Tuesday to Friday at 12:15 p.m., Instagram Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Google Business Profile Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m.
A topic does not come back within 10 days, a channel never gets two posts on the same day, and holidays or closed days are skipped. The calendar shows why a slot is blocked, such as channel not connected or photo required. With no topics, it suggests nothing rather than making things up. Website pages, articles and emails have no automatic cadence.
Where does automatic publishing stand?
Only LinkedIn is planned for direct publishing. The connection uses the w_member_social permission, which LinkedIn requires to create a post on behalf of the authenticated member [2]. Today Pilotiko publishes text only, on the connected person's personal profile, not on a company page. This publishing is tested against a fake server and has not yet been verified with a real account, so it is being commissioned. Pilotiko refuses to publish if the connection is missing, simulated or expired; it never pretends.
Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile remain manual: see Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn for connection status.
What are the limits of content drafting?
Articles feed the visibility described on the SEO, AEO and GEO page and can be pasted onto your website. The email channel prepares copy; sending newsletters through Pilotiko is email marketing, still coming soon. The approval rule is the same as for AI agents.
- No copy button on the content page: you select the text shown.
- Metrics entered by hand: impressions, clicks, likes, comments, shares and inquiries are not read from the platforms.
- No automatic scheduled publishing, even on LinkedIn: a person triggers each post.
- No generated images: media comes from your library, with its rights.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pilotiko post to my social accounts without my approval?
No. Only a channel approved by a person can be published, and any edit sends it back to draft. Even on LinkedIn, a person triggers the post.
Can Pilotiko post to Facebook or Instagram automatically?
Not today. Pilotiko prepares text tailored to the channel; you post it, then confirm with the post's address.
Can the copy include invented numbers?
No. A number missing from your data blocks approval, and a language-model rewrite that adds a number is rejected.
Does the calendar publish for me?
No. It suggests dates and time slots based on a cadence per channel; you create content from a suggestion, then approve it.
Can I post to my company's LinkedIn page?
Not yet. Direct publishing targets the connected person's personal profile, text only, and it is being commissioned.
How do I measure how my posts perform?
You enter the impressions, clicks and reactions you see on each platform; Pilotiko compares them cautiously based on sample size.
